Bio

Class of 1977, teacher, father of four. His professional boast is to have met great teachers on his path and to have followed them.

After graduating from hotel management school, he obtained a degree in 'Literature and Philosophy' at the Catholic University of Milan, a Master's degree in 'Food Culture' in Bologna and a MUST Master's degree in Piacenza.

His training was completed with an Executive MBA at the Milan Polytechnic. His publications include: 'Il mestiere del Vignaiolo' for Il Saggiatore, 'Gusto Italiano' published by ALMA Plan and 'La cucina Piacentina' for Orme- Tarka.

From 2004 to 2024 he was a lecturer in History and Culture of Cuisine at ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine where, from 2013, he also held the position of general manager. Today he is a consultant to the Education and F&B world and directs the project to relaunch the IDF educational centre in Varese.
