Class of 1977, teacher, father of four children. His professional pride is to have met great masters along the way and to have followed them. After graduating from hotel management school in Salsomaggiore Terme, he obtained a degree in "Letters and Philosophy" at the Catholic University of Milan, a Master's degree in "Food Culture" at the Alma Mater University of Bologna and a MUST Master's degree at the Catholic University of Piacenza. His training was completed with an Executive MBA at the Politecnico di Milano His publications include: 'Il mestiere del Vignaiolo' for Il Saggiatore, 'Gusto Italiano' published by ALMA Plan and 'La cucina Piacentina' for Orme- Tarka. From 2004 to 2024 he taught History and Culture of Cuisine at ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine where, since 2013, he has also held the position of Director General.
