Yes, but it is advisable to buy your ticket in advance in order to access the progressive offers active until the day of the Conference. Participants can still register on site.

Yes, each participant can request a headset for simultaneous translation.

Each ticket includes:


The entrance to the Conference
The welcome kit with notepad and event programme
Free coffee breaks

Tickets are always refundable in case the event does not take place due to government restrictions.

If you buy a ticket but cannot attend Luxury Hospitality Conference, you can choose to get a free ticket for the next edition or transfer your ticket to a colleague/friend.
Until 15 October 2025, you can contact the organisation to change your name and registration details or to get a free code for the next Luxury Hospitality Conference.
