Head of Global Operations – One&Only, SIRO and Rare Finds

Mattheos Georgiou is the Head of Operations for One&Only, SIRO, and Rare Finds. Originally joining Kerzner International as Global Vice President of Operations, Mattheos played a pivotal role in enhancing global operational standards and positioning Kerzner for lasting success. His collaborative nature and unwavering commitment to quality have been instrumental in elevating guest experiences and supporting internal growth.

In his role, Mattheos leads the operations of three of Kerzner International's distinctive brands: One&Only, SIRO and Rare Finds. He draws on a wealth of experience built over three decades in the hospitality sector to drive operational excellence across all resorts, working closely with General Managers and their teams to deliver the exceptional guest experience for which the company is renowned.

Mattheos boasts a proven track record in driving excellence through guest experience, team development, and revenue growth. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals, he is adept at accelerating global business performance. Prior to joining Kerzner in 2022, he held leadership roles at renowned properties worldwide, including Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and Park Hyatt Tokyo, and has led acclaimed hotels such as Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki, Park Hyatt Dubai, Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor, and Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, where his team ranked in the global Hyat\* Top 10 for customer service.

A Greek citizen, Mattheos studied in Germany and is fluent in Greek, German and English, with some knowledge of Russian and Japanese. He is passionate about the restoration of historic stone houses in rural Greece and has visited over 50 countries.
