Director and Head of Content - La Cucina Italiana and Condé Nast Traveller Italia
A journalist and writer from Milan, Fossati is a prominent figure on the Italian cultural scene. After a long career at Vanity Fair, in 2017 she was appointed editor-in-chief of La Cucina Italiana, a historical magazine and symbol of national gastronomic culture.
Since December 2020, he has also directed Condé Nast Traveller, continuing his love of travel and the narration of places and traditions through the lens of food.
Fossati has an innovative approach to journalism, placing culture at the centre of his narratives and interweaving it with contemporary life and artistic contaminations. Under his leadership, La Cucina Italiana has supported high-impact initiatives, such as the candidature of Italian cuisine as a UNESCO Intangible Heritage Site, a project highlighting the value of food as cultural heritage and identity.
