Born and raised in Manchester, now lives between London and Kent but has spent time living in New York.

My loves
Hotels, travel, hospitality on every level, every cuisine and all foods Italian and Thai being my favourite.
Great cocktails, Champagne and good coffee.
Running, I go trail running with my Welsh Terrier, Rufus. I go to the gym, obsess with cinema and live theatre, cabaret - anything which is putting on a show.
Anything with cheese on it.
