Leandro Rattazzi is an expert commercial strategist in the luxury hospitality sector with over twenty years of international experience in America and Europe. He currently holds the position of Area Commercial Director for luxury hotels in Southern Europe, where he oversees the commercial strategy for some of Marriott International's most prestigious brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, Bulgari, EDITION, JW Marriott, and The Luxury Collection.
Throughout his career, Leandro has focused on enhancing corporate assets, aligning revenue management, sales and marketing to strengthen market positioning and drive profitable growth in luxury hotels.
At the beginning of his career, he developed his professional path with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, before spending several years as an independent entrepreneur, founding and leading a regional commercial representation company that supported global tourism organisations and luxury hospitality brands throughout Latin America.
