Giovanni Naldi, fourth-generation hotelier. Born and raised in a hotel, for him the hotel is not just a job, but part of everyday life, a way of being and living.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce, trained in International Hotellerie made in the field, working in several hotels from a very young age, starting from the operational basics up to taking over the management and development of their own facilities.

Major restructuring and repositioning projects are characterising his course, following the various phases directly and always striving to improve and enhance the family structures, taking a large-scale view and aiming for future expansion.

He says: “I am a great believer in the evolution of the hospitality sector, in rethinking hotel spaces and giving more and more value to the customer experience, while maintaining the culture of hospitality that has been passed on to me by my family for four generations.
