Bio

Born in Pescia in 1986, I entered the luxury hospitality sector at the age of 29 and by 33 became one of the youngest general managers in Italy, repositioning Talassio Collection and contributing to the Grand Hotel Alassio's recognition as one of The Leading Hotels of the World.

At the end of November, I'm choosing to take a two-month “sabbatical” from Talassio to dedicate to Lusso Gentile, a project born in 2020 during lockdown to promote a new way of experiencing hospitality: more human, conscious, and people-centred.

Since mid-January, I have been in Geneva with Capomondo Restaurant Group, a leading Swiss catering group where I am in charge of international development and the artistic direction of the Luigia, Luigia Pizzeria, and Capocaccia brands.

I believe in cross-sector contamination: the most interesting people I've met have crossed diverse worlds. My leadership comes from this meeting of performance and humanity.
