Ghizlene Azira is an active member of our global practice dedicated to Sustainability & Responsibility in the financial services sector. She has a deep interest in climate issues, sustainability, and the role that financial institutions can play in fostering resilience and transforming the global economy.

Ghizlene works with clients in the EMEA and international areas, focusing on sustainability strategies and climate change, the implementation of transformation programs, as well as issues related to climate risk, decarbonization, and corporate strategy. In addition, she provides advice to Italian and international operators, supporting them in a wide range of areas: from industrial plans to corporate planning, through organizational transformation and change management.

She is an active member of WAB (Women at Bain), where she is committed to promoting and strengthening female leadership within the organization and beyond.

Before joining Bain, Ghizlene worked at BlackRock, focusing on climate, sustainability and risk management in the financial services sector.

He obtained a master's degree in International Economics and a bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs, both from the University of Trieste.

Outside of her professional life, Ghizlene has a family, she loves sports, is an avid reader, and… a terrible cook.
