Gennaro Esposito is one of the most well-known and respected chefs on the Italian culinary scene. Born in 1970 in Vico Equense, a small village on the Sorrentine coast, Esposito developed a passion for cooking from a young age, rooted in his local culture and Neapolitan gastronomic traditions. His cuisine is deeply inspired by the flavours of his homeland, combining fresh, local ingredients with innovative techniques, which have allowed his career to grow and establish itself internationally.
