Filippo Arnaboldi is the Chief Executive Officer of Frette, the leading Italian luxury linens brand, which has been operating since 1860. Mr. Arnaboldi has over 20 years of experience in the luxury linens sector and has held management positions at Frette since joining in 1999.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Arnaboldi is responsible for overseeing every aspect of Frette’s global operations, balancing the brand’s operational needs with the objective of generating financial performance for the ownership, whilst managing crucial internal and external relationships.

Before his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in September 2017, Mr Arnaboldi was Vice President and General Manager of Frette North America, where he effectively managed all aspects of the business, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce and hospitality, acting as the main point of contact between the company and the private equity ownership. Previously, Mr Arnaboldi held several management positions at Frette North America, including Marketing Director and Vice President of Retail, where he was responsible for consolidating the brand's awareness in the region, developing and implementing commercial strategies, overseeing the launch of the brand's e-commerce, and investing in the expansion of the retail sales network in North America.

Of Italian origin, he began his career in marketing, initially as a real estate agent in Milan, dealing with residential and commercial properties. He then moved on to account manager roles at J. Walter Thompson in Milan and later at Einson Freeman in New Jersey, where he developed and managed marketing and advertising campaigns for various consumer brands.

In his free time, Mr. Arnaboldi, who lives in New York, enjoys travelling the world with his wife and two children and gardening.
