Born in 1986 and a native of Rome, Fabrizio Fiorani has worked in some of Italy's finest kitchens, such as The Cesar* at the historic Hotel La Posta Vecchia in Palo Laziale, Il Pellicano** in Porto Ercole, Enoteca Pinchiorri*** in Florence, and La Pergola*** in the capital. His strong desire for international experience led him to participate in the opening of Heinz Beck's restaurant in Tokyo, and since October 2015, he has been the pastry chef at BVLGARI Il Ristorante Luca Fantin in Tokyo. He oversees creativity for all new products for BVLGARI Il Cioccolato in Japan; his desserts are also served at Il Bar in the BVLGARI Ginza Tower, Il Caffè in Osaka, and Il Ristorante Luca Fantin at the BVLGARI Resort in Bali. During the 50 Best 2019 Asia awards ceremony, he was recognised as Asia's Best Pastry Chef. He began his career as a pastry consultant for leading food and luxury hotel groups worldwide. Since 2019, he has been in charge of pastry at Ciccio Sultano's restaurant Duomo. Fabrizio Fiorani is a member of the Italian Academy of Master Pastry Chefs.
