Fascinated by the understated elegance of Paris’s Palaces, Étienne discovered the world of hospitality at an early stage, and embarked on a career driven by passion and unfailing commitment. He began his career in concierge services before honing his expertise at legendary institutions such as Le Meurice (Dorchester Collection) and Le Bristol, where he earned his Clefs d’Or – an emblem of his dedication to the highest standards of French service.
Étienne honed his vision for hospitality through practical experience, contributing to the launch of Palais Namaskar (Oetker Collection) in Marrakech and the historic reopening of the Ritz Paris. He thrives on these collective adventures – where every detail counts, where the thrill of a grand opening aligns with the rigour of enduring excellence, and where team spirit ensures the intensity of openings is balanced by precision and collaboration.
Building on his experience in Paris, Étienne embraced a new challenge: his first role as General Manager, at Airelles Val d’Isère. Under his leadership, the property quickly became a benchmark in alpine hospitality – a warm and refined destination where service excellence and team cohesion make all the difference. This success reflects his ability to unite people around a clear vision: delivering sincere hospitality, grounded in trust, attentiveness, and care.
Today, Airelles is entrusting him with a project that is as ambitious as it is emblematic: the opening of Airelles Palladio, the collection’s first international destination. In this exceptional setting, he is drawing on his expertise, extensive experience, and unwavering energy to pursue a shared ambition to craft a bespoke, timeless experience that gracefully blends Venetian heritage with contemporary elegance, and to extend beyond borders the distinctive French art of hospitality that defines Airelles.
