Bea Sajon is General Manager for Continental Europe at Virtuoso, the leading global network specialising in luxury and experiential travel. Based in Spain, she oversees strategy, growth and engagement across the Continental European markets, working closely with Virtuoso-affiliated agencies and preferred partners to foster collaboration, create value, and enhance the advisor and client experience.

In her role, Bea guides regional initiatives ranging from membership development and partner relationships to major industry events, including Virtuoso’s Continental European Forum. She plays a pivotal role in aligning regional priorities with Virtuoso’s global strategy, whilst ensuring the unique dynamics of diverse European markets are reflected in programming, partnerships and communications.

Thanks to her extensive experience in international luxury travel and strong focus on strategic alignment, Bea is known for fostering meaningful connections within the Virtuoso community and championing collaboration, innovation, and long-term growth throughout the region.
