General Manager - Campus De Filippi, Varese

Senior Manager with over 20 years of experience in Strategic and operational business management, I contributed to the founding and development of an innovative project, leading one of Italy's most prestigious hospitality schools on an international level. Under my direction, the institute achieved in ten years turnover of 11 million euros and welcomed over 1,000 students per year.

My journey, enriched by hands-on training and a solid humanities background, has led me to conceive and to direct the MAM Award, prestigious recognition for Masters of Art and Craft, and a Manage the ALMA PLAN editorial series, a benchmark for the sector in Italy. Thanks to my commitment and my attention to the themes of Sustainability, I've been invited as speaker at numerous conferences and at national and international institutions, in order to to represent Italian food culture in Italy and abroad.

From April 2025, I have taken on the role of General Director of the De Filippi Campus in Varese, an institution focused on an Education and Hospitality project.
