CEO – Lefay Resorts & Residences
A graduate in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Alcide Leali began his career at Lefay Resorts in 2008 as Marketing Director.
In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director and dedicated himself to overseeing Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda, which in just a few years became one of the leading spa destinations worldwide. Alcide Leali played a part in the opening in 2019 of the Group's second property, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, a project that also saw Lefay enter the “Serviced Branded Residences” segment. At the start of 2020, Alcide Leali was appointed CEO of Lefay Resorts & Residences Group with the primary objective of pursuing the company's expansion strategy focused on the opening of the third resort in Tuscany and the international expansion of the Brand through management contracts.
