General Manager & Regional VP - Hôtel de Crillon

Parisian by birth, Vincent Billiard studied at the prestigious hotel management school “École hôtelière de Lausanne” in Switzerland before joining the Ritz-Carlton Group in 2003, where he held several key positions for 13 years. He started his career in the United States, before moving to the Cayman Islands and later to Asia. Notable roles included hotel manager in Tokyo and then general manager in Tianjin, China, before joining the Bulgari Group in 2016, where he was responsible for the launch strategy of the first Bulgari Hotel & Residences in Shanghai.

Vincent Billiard's last assignment was as general manager of the St. Regis Singapore, but as of 6 January 2020 he will hold the position of managing director of the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel.

Thanks to his varied international experience in luxury hotels, he developed an intuitive understanding of the expectations of local and international customers, as well as excellent operational knowledge. The acquisition of these skills culminated in his work as managing director of one of the world's most renowned luxury hotels.
