Born in Benevento, Stefano Noviello is a professional with a consolidated experience in the luxury hotel industry. Over the past six years, he has dedicated himself passionately to the birth and development of the brand PH HOTELan integral part of the Podini S.p.A. Group, making a decisive contribution to its growth and positioning in the high-end hospitality scene.

As of January 2025, Stefano took over the hotel development and growth plan of the PH HOTEL group, leading strategies of expansion, innovation and enhancement of new structures.
