Silvia Quagliotti

Silvia Quagliotti represents the third generation at the helm of Quagliotti, a historic Italian textile manufacturer founded in 1933 in Chieri, just outside Turin. It joined the company in 1985 and has evolved a family business into an internationally recognised brand in the high-end home and hospitality linen sector.

Under his leadership, Quagliotti has expanded its presence in foreign markets, collaborating with iconic brands, prestigious hotels such as Le Ritz Paris, The Peninsula Hong Kong, Armani Hotel and Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo and designers of the world's private residences and luxury yachts.

Silvia has been able to combine Italian craftsmanship excellence with an entrepreneurial vision open to innovation, holding firm to the company's founding values: elegance, craftsmanship, research, sustainability and Made in Italy.

In 2015, she was joined by her daughter Eleonora, who now represents the fourth generation of this female reality. Together, mother and daughter carry forward an entrepreneurial project where the generational transition is not only continuity, but also evolution, dialogue and shared vision.

At the Luxury Hospitality Conference, Silvia will bring her first-hand experience on how to lead generational change in a family business, staying true to the roots, but looking to the future.

Eleonora Peretti

Eleonora Peretti, born in 1990, project manager of Quagliotti, represents the fourth generation at the helm of the company.
She joined the company in 2015 and has worked alongside her mother Silvia, maintaining a strong identity and coherent values, with an open eye to the future and continuous research.
The fourth generation brings with it enthusiasm, skills and a marked sensitivity (I cannot speak of innovation) to environmental sustainability and openness to new markets. The entry of Eleonora ten years ago confirms the dynamic nature of the Quagliotti company, which is able to renew itself while remaining faithful to its values and roots, the perfect balance between tradition and modernity that makes a made-in-Italy company unique.
