Born in Padua in 1968, Raffaele Alajmo took over the family restaurant at a young age, together with his brother, Chef Massimiliano Alajmo. Thanks to their vision and guidance, Le Calandre has been recognised with 3 Michelin stars since 2002. Today, Raf is C.E.O. and maître des lieux of the Alajmo Group, which has over 14 restaurants in Italy, Paris and Morocco, as well as an events business and a food and design product line.
