Area Director of People & Culture - Hotel Principe di Savoia and Hotel Eden

After graduating in Economics and Business Studies, Paola Iemmallo followed her passion for HR and in 2010 became Human Resources Director of the Hotel Principe di Savoia (Dorchester Collection) to the position of Area Human Resources Director.
Early in her career, she became interested in the management side of the profession, dealing specifically with trade union, legal and administrative aspects.
She then follows the evolution of the role by adding to the management skills the more interpersonal ones that characterise an all-round People and Culture Manager. She therefore focuses her attention on people, developing skills related to Leadership, Coaching and the most effective ways of putting the individual at the centre of every process.
