Mehdi Benabadji started his career in 1995 as a consultant and then held a series of positions in prestigious luxury brands for eight years. He joined Kering in 2003, where he held roles of increasing responsibility. Between 2012 and 2019, he held various executive positions, including Chief Operations Officer, with responsibility for the Group's logistics and industrial activities.
In 2020 he was appointed CEO of Brioni, leading the brand for five years through a phase of strategic re-launch and consolidation. Since 2025, he has been at the helm of Ginori 1735, with the aim of accelerating its international expansion and strengthening its positioning in the segment of craftsmanship excellence.
