Mehdi Benabadji began his career in 1995 as a consultant and held a variety of positions in luxury brands for eight years before joining Kering in 2003. Between 2012 and 2019, he held a wide range of executive roles, including Chief Operations Officer, responsible for the Group's logistics and industrial activities. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ginori in early 2025. Mehdi Benabadji is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School in France.
