Cinzia Primatesta

CEO Cannavacciuolo Group!

Bio

Passion, vision, expertise. The intense gaze, the hypnotic and sincere smile, the light in her eyes. Cinzia Primatesta Cannavacciuolo is a sunny, empathetic, welcoming, sincere woman. At the same time discreet and reserved, measured in her words, attentive in every gesture. An extraordinarily decisive, tenacious and capable woman, synonymous with strength, resilience, persistence. A pioneer in the art of hospitality, which she naturally 'dresses' like a tailor-made suit, she is guided by a strong feeling and an innate entrepreneurial ability, a master in knowing how to instil confidence, motivate and create team cohesion. Rooted in its territory, Lake Orta, to which it is very attached, it is inspired by a deep sense of belonging, by the values that count, with the family at the centre of everything, aware that Without roots you cannot flyto quote Bert Hellinger.
Successful manager, mother of two and wife of Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Cinzia Primatesta is not only the great woman 'behind' a great man (for her simply 'Toni'), of whom she is certainly not the shadow, but 'inspirational muse', as well as wise and reliable counsellor, shrewd accomplice, trusted ally and caring companion. Passionate and determined, she is the woman who, without ever showing off, pulls the strings of an empire, or rather of a 'big family', the Cannavacciuolo Group, of which she is a partner and administrator. An empire that today counts 250 employees, but began its ascent more than 25 years ago, in 1999, when Cinzia and Antonino, both in their early twenties, fell in love with Villa Crespi, a historic Moorish-style residence on the shores of Lake Orta: they decided to transform it into a five-star luxury hotel - since 2012 included in the prestigious Relais & Châteaux circuit - and make it the home of the three-Michelin-starred Antonino Cannavacciuolo Restaurant.
