Christophe Mercier's career in the hospitality industry spans more than 25 years, during which he has held various management positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Most recently, he took on the role of General Manager at the Pareus Beach Resort & Baia Blu Beach Club in Caorle, managed by Habona Invest.

Previously, he was general manager of Vretreats' Ca' Di Dio in Venice, a period in which he also supervised the development of the hotel, working with Studio Patricia Urquiola on the overall design.

Earlier in his career, he was responsible for the project to reopen the Ausonia Hungaria Hotel on the Venice Lido, repositioning it from a four-star hotel to a five-star hotel.

As an international executive and business leader in both operations and sales and marketing, his goal is to use his experience to drive teams to success through innovation, motivation and collaboration.
