General Manager - W Sardinia, Poltu Quatu

Antonello Cocco, returns to his homeland to lead the opening of the eagerly awaited W Sardinia - Poltu Quatu, part of Marriott International's luxury portfolio, which is already making waves for its innovative aesthetic language, enriched with nuances of Sardinian tradition.

His leadership imprint is based on a solid academic education, crowned by a Master's degree from LUISS in Hotel Administration & Management.

He began his career as Executive Assistant Manager at the prestigious Forte Village Resort, and continued his professional growth at Chia Laguna Resort, where he held roles of increasing responsibility for seven years until becoming Complex General Manager.

His career continued on the Roman scene, with senior positions as Genaral Manager at J.K. Place Roma and as Managing Director of LVGH - Head of Hospitality at Maire Investments Spa.

Antonello joined Marriott International in 2023 and directed the launch of the first EDITION in Italy: The Rome EDITION.

With the debut of the W Hotels brand in Sardinia, it is time for him to put his expertise to good use in his homeland and embody Sardinian hospitality in pure W style: eclectic, tied to the territory, energetic and innovative.
