André Buldini was recently appointed Pre-Opening General Manager of Six Senses Milan.
With over twenty years of international experience in the luxury hospitality industry, André Buldini offers a rare combination of operational excellence, cultural sensitivity and visionary leadership. Having overseen the opening of several flagship hotels for Four Seasons and Six Senses, André is now leading the launch of Six Senses Milan, the brand's second urban property in Italy, scheduled to open in 2026.
Graduated in Hotel Management in Portugal, André later obtained a Master's degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He started his career in Portugal's leading luxury hotels, before moving abroad to lead major international projects. In 2011, he moved to Marrakech to pre-open the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, followed by the Four Seasons Casablanca in 2015. In 2016 he joined the opening team of the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, one of the city's most iconic properties.
André joined Six Senses in April 2020 as Resident Manager at Six Senses Douro Valley and was quickly promoted to General Manager in January 2021. In 2025, he moved to Milan to take charge of one of the group's most strategic projects: the opening of Six Senses Milan. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of both urban and tourist hospitality and his passion for offering guests meaningful experiences, André is leading the team in creating a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Italy.
