COO Ginobbi Group
Alessia Meli has been working in the world of hospitality for over twenty years, with a background that spans excellent restaurants and prestigious hotellerie. She has developed a solid and pragmatic vision, honed in the field and supported by international training in hospitality management at LUISS and Cornell University. His approach combines operational sensitivity, strategic rigour and constant attention to the human and organisational context.
Throughout his career he has taken on management roles in complex and evolving realities, contributing to the redefinition of corporate identities and the construction of projects with high experiential value. Significant milestones include leading the Food & Beverage division of Palazzo Ripetta from its opening, and later the role of Maître de Maison, with extended responsibilities over all aspects of high-level hospitality.
In her current role as COO of the Ginobbi Group, Alessia coordinates the operations of the Group's properties, taking care of the balance between strategic vision, day-to-day management and the enhancement of internal skills. Her leadership is based on listening, clear processes and a work culture that values people before roles.
For Alessia, hospitality is an 'ensemble craft', where technique alone is not enough: 'In all these years, I have understood that people do not seek lessons from their hosts: they want to feel good, with a presence beside them, never intrusive'. A thought that also well reflects the vision of the Ginobbi Group.
In her role as COO, Alessia contributes daily to reinforcing the Ginobbi Group's commitment to building a hospitality system capable of combining entrepreneurial vision and human sensitivity, heritage valorisation and process innovation. A hospitality that is measured not only in results, but in the quality of experience and precision of thought.
