Imelda Shllaku is Managing Director of Hotel La Palma in Capri, the first Italian 'Masterpiece Hotel' of the Oetker Collection group. Her career in the luxury hotel industry has spanned more than three decades at an international level. After his first management role as Hotel Manager at Sina The Gray in Milan, he contributed to the positioning of the Bulgari Hotel & Resorts properties in Milan and London for seven years, before taking on roles as Director of Rooms at the Armani Hotel in Dubai and at One&Only in the Maldives. After a year as a consultant for 15 luxury hotels, he led the Baglioni Hotel London as General Manager, also facing the challenges of the pandemic period. Before coming to Capri, he served as Global Director of Rooms & Guest Experiences at Kerzner International, contributing to the development of new brands and quality optimisation in several resorts worldwide.
