Filippo Arnaboldi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Frette, the leading luxury Italian linen brand in operation since 1860. Mr. Arnaboldi has more than 20 years of experience in the luxury linens category and has held senior management positions with Frette since first joining the brand in 1999.
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Arnaboldi is responsible for overseeing every facet of Frette’s business globally, balancing the brand’s operational needs with the expectation of delivering financial performance to ownership all while managing critical internal and external relationships.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in September 2017, Mr. Arnaboldi was Vice President & General Manager of Frette North America where he effectively managed all aspects of the business, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce and hospitality, while serving as the primary liaison between the business and private equity ownership. Previously, Mr. Arnaboldi served in a variety of management capacities for Frette North America, including Marketing Director and Vice President of Retail, establishing brand awareness within the region, developing and executing upon business strategies, overseeing launch of the brand’s e-commerce and investing in expansion of the brand’s retail footprint in North America.
The Italian native began his career in marketing, first promoting residential and commercial properties as a real estate broker in Milan before transiting to account management roles at J. Walter Thomspon in Milan then Einson Freeman in New Jersey, where he developed and managed marketing and advertising campaigns for a selection of mass-market brands.
When he is not working, the New York City-based Mr. Arnaboldi enjoys traveling the world with his wife and two children as well as gardening.
