Nicola Colella is General Manager at Luca Dini Design & Architecture.

In the course of his career, Nicola has served as Director and Managing Director for several international companies on various continents. He developed his experience from different perspectives, as client/developer, consultant, contractor, architect. As an executive in global multinationals such as Lendlease, AECOM, Impregilo and Astaldi, he gained a unique understanding of value creation and risk reduction from different perspectives.
When he was given responsibility for P&L, he demonstrated the ability to grow the business from scratch while achieving solid financial performance.
After 30 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure and real estate industry at the project, general management and business development level, with a solid academic background, Nicola joined Luca Dini Associati in 2022 as general manager.
