At 25, he is among the youngest hotel managers in Italy, without being a child of art. He runs the 4* Hotel Oliveto in Desenzano del Garda. At 28, he set up his own business and opened a catering company in Verona.

At the age of 30, he opened his own hotel management company, which included the hotels Le Torri del Garda and Principe di Lazise on Lake Garda, followed by Residenza Dolce Vita on Lake Maggiore and Relais Sant'Uffizio in Piedmont.

In 2013, Relais Sant'Uffizio was taken over by the Taiwanese group LDC Hotels & Resorts, of which he became General Manager in Italy from 2014, with the openings of the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel in Rome, Palazzo Venart Venice, Relais Sant'Uffizio Piedmont, Villa Monte Solare Umbria, Villa Ortaglia Florence, Palazzo Portinari Salviati Florence. The group has five Michelin stars in its hotels in Italy.

In 2017, the LDC Group also began investing in residential development projects, under the direct management of Marco Casarola, with the acquisitions of Palazzo Serristori and Palazzo Vivarelli Colonna in Florence.

Since 2023 he has been President of LDC Hotels & Residences in Italy.
