Born in 1990, Giulia Bandini represents the vanguard of leadership in Italian luxury hospitality. With an approach that blends analytical soundness and lifestyle sensitivity, she has charted a career at the top of the industry in record time, distinguished by her ability to turn complex challenges into opportunities for exponential growth.
His academic background is the foundation of his managerial vision: a degree in Business & Economics from the University of Bologna complemented by a Master's degree in Luxury & Lifestyle Management from Polimoda in Florence. A mix of economic rigour and luxury aesthetics that he immediately put to good use with a high-profile debut in the Lungarno Collection.
In 2021, defying one of the most critical historical moments for world tourism, Giulia demonstrated her entrepreneurial courage by founding Cogito Strategies. Born as a response to the crisis, the company quickly evolved into an all-round strategic consulting hub (Sales & Marketing, Operations, Revenue, F&B, Events), supporting the growth of major Italian hospitality brands and the myriad of independent 5-star Boutique Hotels that make up the national hotel fabric.
Since 2025, Giulia has held the role of Group Chief Commercial Officer for Arsenale Group. In this capacity, she guides the commercial development and strategic positioning of one of the world's most innovative players, consolidating its leadership in the ultra-exclusive luxury train cruises segment. A challenge that sees it playing a leading role on a global scale.
As a consecration of her impact on the industry, Giulia is one of the youngest Regional Members of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), the global voice of the private sector. Giulia is actively helping to define the guidelines that will shape the future of Travel & Tourism.
