Chief Operating Officer - Dorchester Collection

François Delahaye became Chief Operating Officer of Dorchester Collection in 2006, in addition to his role as General Manager of the Hôtel Plaza Athénée, which he has held since 1999. In his current combined role, François has created numerous quality assurance programmes and successfully collaborated with Alain Ducasse. He has acquired in-depth managerial experience in a wide range of international luxury hotels, managing several major renovations. In 2015, he was appointed Officer in the National Order of the Legion d'Honore.
