Claudia Polloni has fifteen years of experience in the international luxury hotel industry, gained initially at the Swiss Écoles Hôtelières of the Swiss Education Group as Sales & Marketing Manager for Europe. She then continued her career in French-speaking Switzerland with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts as Director of Luxury Sales. She then moved to London at the prestigious The Savoy, where she led the commercial strategy for international markets. She is currently Director of Sales & Marketing at Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts in Milan, where she oversees global positioning, branding and business development strategies. She holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University (2017-2019). She is fluent in English, French and Spanish and is distinguished by his strategic vision, leadership and strong results orientation.
