Benedikt Jaschke has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Althoff Hotels since October 2022.

Previously, as CEO of ADLON Holding GmbH, the 47-year-old was responsible for the further development of the Adlon brand. From 2015 to 2021, he worked for Kempinski Hotels, where he was most recently responsible for global quality management and operational strategy. As Chief Quality Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Kempinski Hotels SA, he managed the alignment, design and implementation of standards across the hotel network. In addition, he was responsible for brand development in the areas of F&B, sustainability and spa. His previous positions as hotel manager include such renowned hotels as the Hassler in Rome, the Hotel Adlon Kempinski in Berlin and the San Clemente Palace Kempinski in Venice. He has gained other experience in the F&B sector, including Florida, Milan and the United Arab Emirates.
