Vanessa co-founded a host agency that has attracted industry-wide attention for its innovative approach to supporting and training successful travel entrepreneurs. Vanessa is a well-known business coach who has helped hundreds of travel entrepreneurs increase the profitability and satisfaction of their businesses. Vanessa started in the travel industry as an auctioneer on board cruise ships, where she broke numerous sales records and innovated countless programmes. She moved into the training sector, developing and implementing numerous award-winning agent training programmes at renowned industry organisations. In 2009, she was named one of the top 30 travel professionals under the age of 30 by Travel Agent Magazine. Vanessa is extremely passionate about raising the collective profile of the travel consultant and is an active member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA). She led ASTA's Advocacy Awareness Day, raising thousands of dollars for ASTA PAC. Vanessa lives in North Carolina with her husband Don and two children Ethan and Ella.
