General Manager - Hotel La Palma, Capri

Imelda Shllaku holds the position of General Manager at Hotel La Palma in Capri, the first Italian 'Masterpiece Hotel' of the Oetker Group. After her first role as Hotel Manager at Sina The Gray in Milan, she worked for The Ritz Carlton group first in Dublin, then on the Thai island of Krabi. Subsequently, she managed the London and Milan properties of Bulgari Hotel & Resorts for seven years, holding various positions, before finally becoming Director of Rooms at the Armani Hotel in Dubai and One & Only in the Maldives. After a year off, during which she consulted for 15 major luxury hotels, she became General Manager of Baglioni Hotel London, but her latest role saw her become Global Director of Rooms & Guest Experiences for the Kerzner International group.
