Currently working with LVGH Management to create a new exclusive hotel brand and a collection of hotels in major Italian destinations after creating Shedir Collection, with the Capri Tiberio Palace, Hotel Vilon, Hotel Maalot in Rome, Umiltà 36 and Palazzo Roma in his portfolio.
He worked with Hyatt for 20 years in the position of General Manager, managing the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, previously the Hotel Martinez Cannes for which he managed the transition to Hyatt and planned the total renovation, and before that he opened and managed the Park Hyatt Milan for 10 years, immediately positioning it among the leading hotels in Italy.
From 1997 he directed Villa d'Este for six years, contributing to the relaunch of the iconic hotel on Lake Como.
He held management positions at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo and previously in various hotels of the then prestigious Ciga hotel chain, the pride of Italian hôtellerie, such as the ExcelsiorRoma, Danieli Venezia, Cavalieri Pisa and Principe di Savoia Milano.
He also taught at the Saffi Hotel School in Florence, the same school where he had studied.
In 2010 he was recognised by Virtuoso - the prestigious American organisation of the world's leading travel agents - as 'Hotelier of the Year' and by EHMA as 'Italian Hotel Manager of 2022'.
